Refunds and Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (if possible) 


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items (if applicable) 


3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your payment method (i.e., Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Please allow several business days for the refund to process.


4. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective.
  • Are the wrong item. 
  • If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return to process.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • However, if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right quickly.


7. Lost of Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier. 
  • If you still need help, contact us -  we will do our best to assist!
